Do I need PayPal to use the Online Store?
The store is integrated with PayPal, however you do not need an account with PayPal. All you need is a credit/debit card, where the services uses most kinds.
However, if you wish to order by Mail Order, you can download and print our Mail Order form for you to complete and send back to us. Mail Order Form.
Are there any P&P fees included in the orders, and what services are used?
There are definitely NO postage charges on ANY of our items. The prices that you see are entirely the price that you will pay. We cover these expenses ourselves, where we use mainly Royal Mail to handle deliveries, and Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Deliveries are used, depending on the distance, this differs with overseas orders.
My order has not arrived yet, how do I get in touch?
If you have waited 28 days since confirmation of your order and it's still not there, you may of course contact me using the following link that contains our e-mail details, let me know of your problem and I will follow it up and look into it as soon as possible. Please do not use this address for any other than it's intended purpose(s).

How often are orders sent out?
Any time. There is usually a single day a week in which orders are processed and sent out, most often at Fridays/Weekends, in the morning, so it is best to order later in the week, but allow a day or two before this time to ensure it's sent promptly.
Do you deliver outside of Europe or the UK, and would this incur any extra charges?
Most certainly yes, and there are no extra charges for this degree of service.
I have purchased a digital Album/EP, what do I need to do now?
Some downloads use a different digital delivery service, so the instructions are usually on the receipt to confirm your order. The main service is a basic token service, in which you will be sent a digital code to redeem respectively, and your download should begin promptly.
